• sufficiently equipped kitchen (4 gas burners + microwave oven + large fridge),

• external storage room with access from the terrace

• covered and furnished terrace livable for 10/12 people,

• outdoor terrace-solarium overlooking the sea,

The house is located in a well served area: free beach and equipped lido at 100 meters,, pizzeria restaurant bar right next door, supermarket, tobacconist, bakery, etc. within walking distance. In addition you will find yourself just 20 meters from the bus stop which, in summer, connects Canneto to Lipari (historic and worldly center) 24 hours non-stop at a distance of 15 minutes. From the Canneto pier (200 meters away) many boats leave for excursions to the other islands of the archipelago and the "sea taxis" that connect the most evocative beaches of the island.

In the immediate vicinity of Casa Marinella you will find a supermarket (30 meters), restaurant - pizzeria, bar - tobacco shop - pastry shop, post office and bank with postamat and ATM, equipped beaches and free beach.
